Well y’all, we’ve come full circle. This pic was taken exactly a year ago on our very first delivery day. Now, with hearts full of gratitude for each and every one of you who has supported us through the past year, we are announcing that we are packing up our food processor and 7,000 packages of spring roll paper and moving to Michigan. It’s been a tough and long decision to make, but we’re really excited about this move. We hope to start a version of Rolls Rice up there, perhaps more focused on getting our sauces into stores. We love y’all so much and it’s hard to think about leaving your support, especially in these crazy times! Don’t worry, though, we will still be rolling rolls and souping soups until we go! We’re not completely sure about our move date, but most likely our final Rolls Rice deliveries will be the first or second weekend of October. That being said, orders are open!! ‼️It’s official — Milky Way is moving!‼️ We are so excited to announce we will be moving to the vegan food truck lot at 2324 E Cesar Chavez, alongside @nomburgers , @thevegannom , @eastaustincoffee , and @curcumakitchen ! We will have an official reopening date for y’all very very soon, but we wanted to share this exciting news in the meantime 🥳🍦🍔🌮✨ The other part of this announcement is that our usual Tuesday deliveries will be pushed back to Wednesday (9/2) this week. The Tuesday delivery window conflicts with our trailer’s annual inspection, but it also means you have an extra day to order before the delivery cutoff! All sales help support our reopening 💕 Thanks to everyone who has ordered so far to help support us through these crazy past few months!

Happy one year to us!💃🏻 It’s crazy to think that only a year ago we had our first Vegan festival in Houston, Tx. The vision came to us from going to events that were overly crowded with kids and no vegan options. We took our idea and put together an event where you had multiple DJ’s, good vibes, drinks, vegan food, and NO kids 🕺🏻 We couldn’t have made this happen without everyone who didn’t let the Texas heat stop them from coming out 🌞 We are eager to see everyone again soon! According to The Beet., “The International Vegan Film Festival Goes Virtual For the First Time.” The third annual festival, taking place between October 14 and October 17, will showcase digital screenings, panels, filmmaker Q&As and more.
